Own it, don’t rent it
Everything an aggregator gives you, without the terms
Delivery apps solved ordering by putting themselves between you and your customer. We build the same convenience into a site that is entirely yours.
No marketplace commission
Aggregators take a double-digit cut of every order, forever, in exchange for demand. You are paying us for a system you own, not for access to customers who were already yours.
Your customers stay yours
Order history, addresses and contact details sit in your account. We never resell your data or market your customers to anyone else.
Your brand, not ours
Your logo, your colours, your domain, your tone. Nothing on the page competes for the customer’s attention once they arrive.
No rivals on your page
On a marketplace your customer sees ten competitors beside you and a countdown to a cheaper one. On your own site they see your menu.
What we build
A complete ordering system, configured for your shop
Not a template you have to finish yourself. We enter your menu, set your delivery rules and connect your payments before you ever log in.
Online ordering
Delivery, collection and scheduled orders, with live opening hours and time slots so you are never sold an order you cannot cook.
A menu you control
Categories, sizes, option groups, set meals, add-ons and allergen or dietary markers. Edit it yourself; changes are live immediately.
Delivery zones and fees
Postcode rules combined with real driving distance, each zone with its own fee, minimum order and radius limit.
Card payments
Take payment online, or on delivery and collection. Payments settle into your shop’s own account, in your name — not into a platform wallet you have to withdraw from.
Promotions and discounts
Discount codes, free items, spend thresholds and time-limited offers, switched on and off by you.
Loyalty and reordering
Points, saved addresses and one-tap reorder, so regulars come back to your site instead of an app.
Table reservations
Booking requests with your own covers, time slots and confirmation emails, for shops with a dining room.
Business dashboard
Live orders, customers, reports, opening hours and even the homepage content — all editable by your own staff.
Hardware
Devices that print the order the moment it lands
A website that only sends email is a website that misses orders. We supply and configure the equipment that turns an order into a ticket in your kitchen.
POS terminal
A countertop till for walk-ins and phone orders, working from the same order list as the website so nothing is counted twice.
Handheld order printer
A compact wireless device that receives every web order, prints it and sounds an alert until somebody accepts it.
Kitchen and counter printers
Ticket printing where you need it, with more than one device per shop and separate layouts for kitchen and front of house.
Already have equipment? Tell us what you run — in many cases you keep it. Either way, we set the printing up for you.
How it works
From your menu to live orders
- 1
Tell us about your shop
Email us your menu in whatever form it exists — a PDF, photos of a printed sheet, a spreadsheet. We work from what you have.
- 2
We build it
We enter the menu properly, design the site around your brand, and set up delivery rules, payments and printing.
- 3
You review it
You get a private preview link and place test orders end to end. Tell us what to change; we change it.
- 4
Go live and stay supported
We connect your domain, ship and configure the hardware, and stay reachable afterwards for changes and questions.
FAQ
Straight answers
- Do you take a percentage of my orders?
- No — not the way a marketplace does. There is no commission on your sales and no cut for sending you customers. You pay for the build, the hardware you need and ongoing support. Card payments carry the usual processing charges.
- Who owns the customer data?
- You do. Customer accounts, order history and addresses belong to your business. We process that data only to run your site, and we never sell it or use it to promote anyone else.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, and you should. The site runs on your domain, your customers see only your brand, and you keep control of the domain itself.
- Do I have to buy new hardware?
- Not necessarily. If what you already have works, keep it; if you want a handheld or a full till, we supply that. Either way, we set the printing up for you.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Usually days rather than weeks once we have your menu. The two things that set the pace are how quickly your menu reaches us and how quickly your payment account is approved.
- What happens when my menu or prices change?
- You change them yourself in the dashboard and they are live at once — no support ticket, no waiting, no charge. If you would rather we did it, ask.
- Where do you work?
- We work with independent takeaways and restaurants wherever they are. The system handles local address formats, currencies and both English and Chinese interfaces.
